Packaging, whose primary purpose is to protect and preserve the product until the consumer uses it, is a necessary media tool for today's era, distinguishing a product from its competitors and conveying the desired information and image to the buyer. Nowadays, packaging has become indispensable for a product, including information such as production date, manufacturer, place of production, ingredients, and directions, as well as graphics and images that influence purchasing preferences.
Cardboard Packages;
Printed on Chrome (Dublex) Cardboard, Triplex Cardboard, American Bristol Cardboard (Folding Box Board), Kraft or Coated Cardboard
It is protected or its appeal is increased with Varnish, Dispersion Lacquer, UV Lacquer, Glossy, Matte or Soft Touch OPP coating,
Printing can be done on cardboard by coating it with colored, gold or silver opp.
After coating, partial lacquer or partial relief lacquer, glitter can be applied,
The printing, called foil, can be applied with hot foil transfer and cliché,
It can be applied with embossing or cold printing, cliche,
The box can be made easy to fill by side, double side, bottom gluing (3 points), 4 points or 6 points gluing.
Laminated Cardboard Packaging;
These are the packagings produced by processing Chrome Cardboard with the printing and coating methods mentioned above and then laminating it onto E, B or E+B corrugations or sheets.
Because it consists of three or more layers and has corrugations in the middle layers, it provides rigidity and shock absorption. It can be used for both visual and shipping purposes. It can also be easily used in display-type products.
Corrugated Cardboard Boxes and Boxes;
It is produced using flexographic printing on corrugated cardboard. It is used solely for transportation and protection purposes.
Offset Printed Labels;
Labels printed on coated or high-quality pulp paper can be applied to the product using glue. These labels can be applied using multicolor offset printing, UV varnish, hot foil stamping, and die-cutting applications.
Printed on transfer paper, these labels peel off their backing and adhere to the product thanks to their self-adhesive properties. These labels can also be applied with multi-color offset printing, UV varnish, hot foil stamping, and die-cutting applications.
Labels printed on cardboard can be either plain cardboard labels used inside polyethylene bags or thick cardboard labels with two, three, or four layers of lamination. These multi-layer labels, used for hanging textiles, hardware, and household goods on stands, can also be printed and applied as described above.
Paper and Cardboard Bags, Wrapping Papers;
It is produced with offset or flexo printing.
Bags, which are called bottomless bags in the form of envelopes, are produced with flexo printing in up to 3 colors.
Bags and cardboard bags with gussets and handles can be produced in the following ways.
- Cardboard bags with offset printing on kraft paper or cardboard are produced with single or multi-coloured offset printing, twisted paper handles or rope handles.
- It can be produced as Chrome cardboard, Triplex or American Bristol multi-color offset printing and metallized coating, opp coating on printing, partial lacquer application on the coating or hot gilding.
- Offset or flexo printed packaging papers are produced on sulphite, Kraft, 1st pulp and coated paper.
